Happy Planet Podcast is hosted by investor and entrepreneur, Abigail Carroll, formerly known as Maine's "Oyster Lady". Since selling her Maine-based aquaculture and tourism business in 2021, Abigail has been mentoring and investing in impact startups.
Today Abigail serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Business Mentor at Boston-based SeaAhead Ventures. She is a Board Member of Blue Trace. In Europe she is an Advisor at Bright Tide (UK), and a Member of Paris Business Angels (France).
Abigail has spoken publicly on the environment, entrepreneurship and aquaculture at TEDX, the Boston Athenaeum, Maine Live, Gulf of Maine Research Institute, The Waynflete School and many more.
